The nutrient which is consumed in the highest quantity in dinner is sodium with 43%. After sodium it is saturated fat that is taken in more quantity in dinner with 37% consumption rate. In lunch too sodium and saturated fat are consumed in higher proportion with 29% and just above a quarter(26%) respectively. Also we can observe sodium is ingested in equal percentage in snacks and breakfast, that is, 14%.
Coming to added sugar, it is highest consumed nutrient in snacks with 42%. It is taken in least quantity in breakfast having percentage of 16%.
