The following pie chart sheds light on consumption percentage of sodium , saturated fats and extra sugar in meals of people residing in USA .

It is Evident from above two charts that 43% of sodium and 37% of saturated fats are consumed by people in dinner , but it is good to notice that added sugar are consumed only 23% in dinner meals which is quite low than rest . I am surprised to know that consumption of staurated fats and added sugar is exact 16% in morning breakfast meals, whereas sodium constitutes of 14% as people prefer to have braed and tea or coffee in morning meals .

It is seen that people consume 29% of sodium in lunch meal which is 3% more than saturated fats and almost 10% more than added sugar which is veru unhealthy , also percentage of added sugar is almost 42% during evening snacks time as people would be prefering to have tea , coffee or any other refreshments, however 14% and 21% of sodium and staurated fats are consumed for snacks respectively which is way far better than sugar .

Looking at all the parameters we can say that overall consumption of suagr during snacks and intake of sodium and saturated fats in dinner could be reduced easily by replacing tea or coffee with green tea or Black coffee , also people can prefer eating less salty and gluten free meal at dinner to prevent themselves by eating unhealthy food and stay fit to work effectively .
