Overall, in both the years, there has been of variations in the percentage of volunteers in different organizations. The participation of volunteers in the health care organization was the least in noth years.
In 2008, the educational sector volunteers accounted for almost 24%, which had a slight decrease to 17% after 6 years, in 2014. The porcentage of volunteers contributing to environmental organizations were slightly more 1/5th of total volunteers in 2008. It had a gradual increase of 8%, accounting 29% in 2014. The percentage of velunters in ant sector had a decrease from 18% to 12%. over the span of 6 years.
There was an increase in the percentage of Sports volunteers from 2008 to 2014, accounting 15% and 25% respectively. The volunteers of health care sector, were the least in both the years & had a increase of only 1%, from 7%(2008) to 8%(2014). The volunteers in other organizations gradually decreased from 15% to 9% over span of 6 years.
