In 1990, the largest group of staff took a Master in Science 29%, followed by a Master in Art at 21%, and First-Degree in a Science 20%. A smaller portion had a First degree in Art at 15%,and PhD in Science at 12%, while the only PhD in Art had a 2%.
By 2010, PhD in Science rose sharply to 30%, making it the most common qualification. Master holders in Art and PhD holders in Art increased modestly by 2% and 3%, in turn, while the percentage of staff with a First Degree in Science remained unchanged both years with 29%. The employees’ First Degree in Science and First Degree in Art experienced a noticeable reduce to 11% and 2% at the end of the period.
