The pie charts illustrate the results of a survey conducted by the university library to gather opinions from both full-time and part-time students regarding its services. Overall, the survey aimed to assess students’ satisfaction with IT support and the current opening hours of the library.
More than half of the full-time students expressed that they were very satisfied with the IT support, whereas almost half of the part-time students reported feeling dissatisfied. Both full-time and part-time students indicated satisfaction with the current opening hours.
Focusing on the opinions about IT support, 55% of full-time students stated that they were very pleased with it. Additionally, 32% of full-time students reported being somewhat satisfied, while 13% expressed that they were not satisfied at all. In contrast, a significant number of part-time students held negative views about the IT support. Only 20% of part-time students were very happy with it, while 35% reported being somewhat satisfied. Notably, 45% of part-time students indicated that they were not pleased with the support provided.
Turning to the next charts, 67% of full-time students were satisfied with the current opening hours, with only 1% expressing dissatisfaction. On the other hand, part-time students appeared to be quite content with the opening hours, with 72% indicating that they were very pleased. Furthermore, 23% of part-time students reported being somewhat satisfied, while only 5% expressed dissatisfaction.
