The pie charts illustrate the comparisons on the predicted outputs by six different sectors across the globe between 2040 and 2060. The measurements were made as percentages. Overall, it is evident from the charts that there were slight increasing and decreasing trends in each sector over the time frame.
In detail, Service sector percentage far exceeded those of the other five sectors, at 40% of the total chart proportion in 2040. This figure only slightly rose to 41% in the following twenty years. Similarly, the Manufacturing sector only experienced a small rise by 2%, from 31% in 2040 to 33% in 2060. Followed by the Info-Com Tech sector, which represented only 15% in 2040, before increasing to 16% in the next twenty years.
The remaining sectors, such as Agriculture, Energy, and Materials accounted for 4%, 7%, and 3% respectively in 2040. With the exception of an upward trend by the Materials sector at 4% in 2060, there was a drop of 1% for Agriculture and 5% for Energy in the next two decades.
It can be understood that over the time frame, the Service, Info-Com Tech, and Manufacturing sectors remained the major representation of the global outputs. However, the other sectors experienced a corresponding fall, although the proportion for the Materials sector proved the opposite.
