Overall, it is can be seen that students chose to study MBA because of the high rate of better jobs available while a few of them actually have passion to help others. These graduates are mostly employed because of their previous experience (knowledge) and personality.
To start with, there are diverse reasons why students study MBA but the most common of the is good job opportunity with 65% rating. Other reasons are for personal development (12%), ability to do a good job (15%) and ability to help others which happens to be the least reason with 8% rate.
Furthermore, there are various qualities that employers look for before employing anyone. The previous experience (knowledge) and personality of an employee are the most valuable assets to employers and they are 25% each. Appearance and previous experience (connections) is also very important with a ranking of 20% each. However, qualification is also important but employers do not really value it much when it comes to employment.
