The two bar charts illustrate the amount and quality of water supplied to Australia and South East Asia in 1990 and 2010.
Overall, South East Asia recieves lower amount of water compared to Australia in both years; moreover, the cleanliness of the water it procured is also below that of Australia. Another detail that should be mention is the degree of water cleanliness for South East Asia seemed to have slightly decreased over 20 years.
In 1990, the proportion of Australians who have access to water is 80 percent; in contrast, the number for Sount East Asian was just below half that of Australia people. After two decades, these figures rose to almost a hundred percent and approximately 80 percent, for Australians and South East Asians respectively.
Whereas in the region of Australia the standard quality have increased by around 10 percent, the same thing can’t be said for South East Asia with its cleanliness index dropped minimally by an estimation of 2 percent.
