For instance Internet users from 1999 to 2000 sharply increased, but from 1995 to 1996 slightly increased. The five years after 1995 dramatically increased.

Secondly, the pie chart shows the percentages of internet usage in some countries. Firstly more than a half users internet USA and Canada in 2003.
