A glance at the two figures provided reveals the generation of non repleshible power and green energy in the United States in 2009 and 2019.
Firstly, examining the year 2009. Shows that the production of coal was the highest compared to all of the other energy sources. Surprisingly the amount of solar energy was least of all(only 1 billion kilowatt hours). The production of Nuclear energy, Geothermal power and Plantbased fuels steadily increasing.
As we can see, the generation of natural gas increased by almost 50%. All energy producers have increased except for coal in 2019. In fact, the production of solar power sharply rise compared to the past decade. And, more energy has been produced in 2019 than in 2009 at all levels.
It is interesting to note that the generation of Hydroelectric is exactly the same in both years, and the production of wind power is dramatically higher than compared with the privious year.
