Overall, the use of natural gas has predominantly increased which resulted in decreasing the production of coal. Moreover, wind and hydroelectric power serves the major energy sources which can be reused gradually.

There is a double increment in utilization of renewables, along with the sharp hike in natural gas (921 to 1582 billion kilowatt hours). Whereas coal production reduced by 50 % in the span of ten years (1756 to 966). Along with this, there is a little change in petroleum production just like the nuclear gas which has a constant supply throughout this tenure.

With respect to the distinctive mode of renewables, geothermal (15 billion Kw-h), and hydroelectric (273 billion KWh) maintain its rate of production at a constant pace.
