The image above illustrates that Petwood House now and after future refurbishing is different. Overall, After refurbishing, Petwood House is going to have more space in some sections than that of in his house now.

The planned Petwood House creates more space in the entertainment part in the house, which is the Games Room. As well as giving more breathe in the living room without taking the storage room and garage for granted. The planned House is giving the house more opportunities to take place in more than the one is been there now.

Petwood House now is wasting such room without exploiting it properly. Having such a huge room for just only Bathroom is making it inconvenient for the whole place and missing out a lot of ideas can be done. In addition to the Bathroom, there is the Attic. Why do you make the Attic divided into two parts in the upper floor of the house when you can make it in the basement and give the house a chance to take advantage of the unused space.

In conclusion, refurbishing the House is quite an important step to make for the house, giving it more space, exploiting the hidden areas, and making the rooms convenient for the whole enviroment.
