In overall, the process of manufacturing recycled paper consists of four main stages, from collecting the old papers, followed by filtering and cleansing the moisturized paper and finishing with a recycled paper.
In terms of taking a look at the diagram illustrates, the used papers are transported by the conveyor belt. After that, it is moisturized by pouring those papers into a container filled with water and chemicals to filtering them.
With regards to the remaining stages, the filtered pulps are poured in container that is filled with water and soap, then air sucked the inks that were on those filtered papers. After that, the cleaned papers are passed through water and chemicals. Furthermore, the wet papers are rolled by the conveyor belt and dried by heated rollers to get in shape.
