Overall, it can be seen that the manufacturing of reused papers consists of a variety of stages, mainly starting with the preparation of pulps, cleaning and ending with the production of papers.
To begin with the preparation in a recycling factory, used papers are transferred by a conveyor belt and, then, are mixed in a container with a mixture of water and chemicals. After being soaked with the mixture, unfiltered pulps are formed in this stage. Next, they are filtered by a specially designed filter to produce filtered pulps in the next stage. The cleaning process starts here where the filtered pulps are put in a sink containing water and soap. Also, this container has an airflow system and a pipe for draining an excess of ink from the pulps. Following this, the pulps are, then, mixed in a container with water and chemicals again before being transferred to the last stage of making papers.
The process ends with cleaned pulps being flattened by special rollers with a heating system in order to get rid of excessive water. Lastly, recycled papers are made and ready to be used again.
