The diagram depicts the process by which the recycled paper is manufactured.
Overall, the whole process includes four main stages: making pulp, filtering, cleaning, and subsequently making paper.
To begin with, the used paper goes from conveyor belt to the water tank with various chemicals. In the water tank, paper turns to unfiltered pulp. It is when the filtering stage begins: the pulp with chemicals goes through the special filter and is filtered from any inpurities.
When the pulp is ready and clean, the special container gets filled with ink – which comes from the another tube -water, soap, and the pulp itself. Afterward, this mixture goes through the special water with chemicals that cleans it completely. Once the mixture does not have any inpurities, it is spilled from the container to the conveyor belt. In the conveyor belt, the whole substance is heated by the use of special rollers. Finally, after completing all aformentioned stages, the recycled paper is rolled and ready to use.
