At the first stage, the corn is harvested before being stored in a huge barn. Subsequently, the crops are processed under different machines. Firstly, by a milling machine, they are grinded into cornstarch, which is cooked for four hours with water added during the cooking step.
In the fifth step, the cooked mixture is fermented in another machine for two days while it is separated into two distinct compounds, including the liquid (ethanol) and the solid by-product. After that, the liquid is purified for a half ten-hour span and then it is stored in a truck for transporting to gas stations.
