The flowchart illustrate the manufacturing of ethanol out of corn
Overall, the process includes 8 steps which starts with ripe corn and ends up with arrival to a petrol.
The first step is having corn which is then stored in speacial house, after storing, all corns are milled in special machine. When milling process has been finished, then the powder is cooked for 4 hours by using water. In the same machine, powder is fermented for appoximately 48 hours. Following that, the resulting substance is separated into liquid and solid by product.
The 6 stage involves the purifying of ethanol which lasts 5 hours, afterwards, the final product is stored in a lorry. Ultimately, ethanol is brought on the gas station in order to serve as fuel for cars.
