The given picture depicts the process of producing ethanol fuel from corn. Overall, the procedure of manufacturing ethanol fuel consists of 9 steps in total, with about 57 hours machanical processing beginning with harvesting corn from farmer and concluding with delivering to gas stations at the end of the process.
At the first stage of the process, corn are harvested in the field before storing in archive .Next, in the archive, it is milled by a milling machine.After being milled the corn are put into cooking machine with a quantity of water in 4 hours.
After 4 hours, the flour is fermented for 2 days by using cyliadrical container.After that, the flour is saparated into 2 different products: liquid and solid. The liquid is purified to ethanol which takes 5 hours at the following steps.Finally, ethanol fuel is stored in the truck which is deliveried to the gas station later.
