The process diagram illustrates information about the production of ethanol fuel from corn.
Overall, there are nine steps involved in the preparation of ethanol fuel, Which start from the harvesting of corn, which is ended by transporting the ethanol fuel to markets.
Firstly, they harvest the corn from field, then stored it into go downs. After that it is transferred to chamber for milling the corn, after milling it transfer to another chamber for cooking, where it is cooked for four hours with the addition of water to it. Furthermore, the cooked corn is transfer to another chamber, where it is placed for fermenting process for 48 hours.
Secondly, the fermented corn is shifted to another room, where solid by-products are separated from liquid ethanol. In addition, the liquid are convey to another hall, where it is purified for five hours, after that, it is moved to another section for storing. Finally, the stored ethanol fuel is transported to different markets for selling.
