The process diagram illustrates information about the production of ethanol fuel from corn. Overall, there are nine steps invalove in the preparation of ethanol fuel. Which start from the harvesting of corn, which end by transporting the ethanol fuel to markets.
Firstly, they harvest the corn from field, then store it in a room. After that it transfer to a chamber for milling the corn, after milling it tranfer to another chamber for cooking, where it is cooking for four hours with the addition of water to it. Furthermore, the cooked corn are transfer to another chamber, where it is fermenting for 48 hours.
Secondly, the fermented corns are shift to another room, where solid by-products are separated from liquid ethanol. In addition, the liquid are convey to another hall, where it is purifying for five hours, after that, it is move to another room where it is storing. Finaly, the ethanol fuel is transporting to different markets for selling.
