The diagram details how bamboo fabric is made, which consists of nine steps, from planting to producing clothes.
The first step is to plant bamboo plants in the spring. Next, after half a year to grow up, bamboos were cut down when the fall came, subsequently cut into strips. The bamboo strips were crushed to small pieces, as for making liquid pulp. Until this step, bamboos remained their apperances in terms of solid.
In the next step, long fibres of bamboos were seperated from liquid with a filter. The origin fibres could still not meet the standard to make yam. Therefore, fibres were softened by adding water and amine oxide, after which they could be spined into a yam. Workers processed the yams of bamboo fibres with weaving machine to produce fabric. At the last step, fabric made from bamboo eventually became shirts and socks that for makerts to sell and for us to wear.
