The diagram shows the process of making fabric and clothes from bamboo.
There are nine stages in the process, starting with planting the bamboo and ending with the finished clothing.
Overall, the process has two main parts. First, the bamboo is grown and turned into a liquid. Second, the liquid is turned into fibers to make clothes.
In the first stage, bamboo is planted in the spring. When it is ready in the autumn, the plants are harvested. After that, the bamboo is cut into many small, thin strips. Then, these strips are crushed to make a wet, liquid pulp.
In the fifth step, the pulp is filtered to separate the long fibers from the liquid. Next, these fibers are put into a mixture of water and a chemical called amine oxide. This step is important because it makes the fibers soft. After that, the soft fibers are spun to make yarn. In the eighth stage, the yarn is woven to make fabric. Finally, this fabric is used to make different clothes, such as T-shirts and socks.
