The pictures show the steps involved in making fiber from bamboo. Overall, there are nine steps, which we can divide into three stages: harvesting, preparing, and producing. Notably, in this linear process, various raw materials and specialized equipment are involved.
This procedure begins with planting bamboo in spring and gathering it in autumn. Subsequently, the harvest was loaded into a machine to cut the bamboo into strips. After being pressed, those strips to make into liquid pulp, it delivered into the filter machinery. In this step, separate long fibers from liquid, after which the fibers are softened by water and amine oxide.
The following step is that the softened fibers turn into a spin, where the yarn is generated. This is followed by the weaving phase to produce the fabric. The last step is that the ready fabric used to make clothes. This process allows people to make clothes from natural products like bamboo.
