The process illustrates how bamboo is fabricated into textile products. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the partially man-made and natural procedure contains 9 stages, beginning with bamboo cultivation and harvesting, ending with the creation of fabric garments.
In the initial stages, bamboo plants are grown in the spring prior to being hand-harvested by autumn. Once the stalks have been collected, they are then cut into stripes by a round saw. Afterwards, the strips are crushed in order to fabricate liquid pulp.
The next phase begins with a filter separating long fibres from the liquid previously produced. Next, water and amine oxide is added to soften the fibres, allowing them to be spun into balls of thread. The final step is to weave the thread to the peaces of fabric, which then form a basis of the final clothing for retail
