The diagram illustrates the process of fabric is producing from bamboo plants.
Looking from an overall perspective, the production of bamboo fabrics involves nine main stages. Starting with growing and harvesting. The followed by mechanical and chemical processes a usable fiber and lastly manufacturing of garments. The process is a combination of man-made and natural stages.
In the initial natural stages, in string, when the bamboo plants are cultivated. While, in autumn, the nature bamboo is harvested. Once the plants bamboo is collected, they are then cut into strips. The final mechanical stage, is to them crush the strips, in order in form of liquid.
Furthermore, the chemical stages, is begin filter separate long fibers from liquid. Then, chemical reaction is start in form softer fibers adding in water and amine oxide. This chemical process water and oxide is main stage convert into spin. Moreover, this spin moves in weave to make fabric and finally, this woven fabric is used to produce various clothing items such as shirts and socks etc.
