The diagram illustrates the process of producing fabric from bamboo.
In general, the process combines a wide range of distinct steps to generate fabric, commencing with plantation of bamboo trees in spring and ending with weaving to create complete fabric.
In the first of the process, bamboo plants are cultivated in spring for havesting purpose in autumn. After that, each of bamboo is cut into strips and these strips are then crushed into liquid pulp. Through filters, this kind of bamboo liquid are able to be freshed and be eliminated long fibres.
As for the subsequent stage, the convergence of water and amine oxide are mixed with the filtered fibres to assist them to acquire standard quality of softness. Following this, soften fibres are spined to make into yarn, because this help people easily weave them into fabric better. And the final products are various clothes that classified according to users’ purpose.
