The diagrams illustrate the process of how bamboo fabric is produced. Overall, this process includes nine main stages from planting to manufacturing finished clothing items.
To begin with, the bamboo is cultivated in spring and harvested in autumm. After gathering, they are sent to the factory, where these bamboo undergo the cutting process. Followed by mechanical and chemical treatments, cut strips are crushed to make a solution pulp. Then, this liquid is turned into the filter system, where the long fibres are separated. In the following stages the liquid is mixed with water and amine oxide to produce softened fibers.
In the next step, these fibres are spun to make yam. The yam is woven to create bamboo fabric. At the end, this cloths will be made to garment ready to consume
In summary, bamboo fabric production is a multi-process that combines agricultural cultivation, mechanical processing, and chemical treatment before the raw fibres are turned into wearable products.
