The pictorial chart depicts information about the manufacturing process of making fabric using bamboo as a raw material.
Overall, the entire process is worked in the two phases: manual and automated. It takes too much time to make the finalized desire products from bamboos.
To begin with, firstly, bamboos are planted in the Spring season, and they grow until the Autumn season. In this season, bamboos are harvested by the manual process. Then bamboo pieces pass through cut down phase to convert them into bamboo strips, and crush into small pieces to make liquid pulp. In the next step, this stuff is passed from filter process, where excess water is extracted by automated machine. In the very next step, water and an amine oxide are added to make bamboos’ fabric soften. After that, those soften fabric tissues are converted to prepare yarn, and they passed through weaving process that craft fabric. Finally, bamboo fabrics are utilized to make various products, such as socks, sweatshirts, and so on.
