The provided diagram illustrates the process of recycling of glass.
Overall, it is observed that, the process of glass recycling is a complex process, There are several stages starting from collection of bottles to the final end product.
To begin with, glass bottles are collected from the recycle bins and transported to the treatment plant, where further process takes place. Next, in the treatment plant center, the glass bottles are washed and sterilising through the machine to kill germs and remove dust particles. Afterward, these clean bottles are passed through the chamber, where these bottles are crushed and melt by use of machine and here it is converted into a molten form.
Furthermore, the molten liquid is sent to the molding machine, where the molten liquid is used to make different items in different shape by putting the liquid in various molds according to the demand. Finally, the end product is ready to delivered in supermarket. The process is cyclic and run again and again into same process.
