This diagram depicts the process of recycling of material made by glass in various processes. This process is cyclic and is completed in six steps, where a glass sample is recycled by being collected from a bin and after further modifications it is ready to be sold again in new shape at market.
At the start, the rotten glass piece is thrown into the bin where it is collected and taken to the treatment plant, where it is firstly washed and exposed to the sterlising machine. It is washed and properly sterilised in this portion.
After that, further the glass is crushed in crushing plants and after this it is melted by showcasing the glass a high amount of heat. When it absorbs the heat at such a large scale the glass melts which makes it easier for the manufacturers to shape it in any form.
Finally, the glass pieces are put into fine moulding machines of different shapes and sizes. It is because that there are huge number of products being made at a single factory. However, the glass is moulded in definite shapes giving it a proper look. After going through all of aforementioned phenomenas, the product is ready to be exported out of the factory and is ready to be sold at supermarkets.
Overall, this process is a standard technique of using old glass samples to recycle it to form new products with more features and modifications.
