The picture illustrates the process of making instant noodles. Overall, to produce instant noodles, it only uses simple ingredients such as flour, water, and oil and it involves three main steps, mixing the ingredients, cooking and creating its shape, and packing.
In the beginning, flour stored in silos is transferred to another place and mixed with water and oil in a mixer. After exiting from this machine, the dough is printed into sheets by rollers and cut into strips thereafter. In the second step, noodle discs will be made after dough strips pass through a printing machine, and the noodle discs will be cooked with oil and dried to reduce water content.
In the last step, the noodles will be entered into the provided cups which have been added with vegetables and spices inside the cups. It is followed by the process of labeling and sealing to give useful information related to the product. Finally, instant noodles are ready to distribute to customers.
