The given picture illustrates the process of manufacturing instant noodles. Overall, there are eight stages in the noodle manufacturing process.Commencing with, storing flour in the storage silos and ending with labeling and sealing the cup.
The initial stage of manufacturing instant noodle process begins with the storing of flour from trucks to storage silos. In the next stage, water and oil are added to the flour in a mixture to make a fine dough. After this, the dough is processed through rollers to form dough sheets. The dough sheets are passed on to a machine that cuts them and turns them into dough strips and moved on to another machine to create noodle discs.
After the noodles are done with the shaping process, they are then cooked in the oil and dried in the same machine. The next step is to put the noodles in the cups and add some vegetables with some flavored spices and process them to next machine for labeling and sealing the cup and it is ready for shipping.
To sum up, the production of instant noodles involves several stages such as mixing water and flour, shaping dough, cooking and drying, adding vegetables and spices, labeling and sealing.
