The process provides information about how a specific kind of coal is utilized in generating electricity. Looking at the diagram as a whole, it is evident that there are total 8 steps, commencing with collecting coal from mine and finalizing with the distribution of electricity to buildings.
Initially, coal is extracted from mines and subsequently crushed into smaller particles using a specialized device. These crushed coal pellets are then transferred to a gasifier, where they undergo heating and transformation into gas. Upon cooling, the gas is partly utilized as waste heat, while the remainder is processed through a cleaning mechanism.
The purified gas is then directed to a gas power plant, where it serves as input for a gas power plant. During this process, excess heat is released as waste. Finally, the generated electricity is transmitted via power lines to meet the energy demands of businesses and residences, thus completing the cycle.
