The diagram illustrates the process of the collection of real-time data on the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, in order to compose reliable forecasts.
In general, the info is gathered by 3 main sources: radar, satellite and drifting buoy. The step after this, data is proceeded 3 different ways. A satellite photo is generated from the satellites , a radar screen via radar, finally a synoptic chart from the drifting buoys.
After the information is analyzed and forecasted, broadcasts are prepared for radio, TV, newspapers, and recorded announcements. A weather broadcast is shown on TV or is listened from the radio or telephone. While on the telephone, listeners will hear a recorded audio instead of real-time data on the weather.
Is it clear that, the process of collection of up-to-the-minute information on the weather reported by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology in order to produce reliable weather forecasts requires a series of stages, which includes information gathering, analyzing , preparing and broadcasting to the people via technology.
