Overall, it can be seen from the diagram that before preparing the broadcast, accurate information had to be collected from 3 meteorology instruments and by then, they can finally broadcast the wheather information.

In the diagram, the satellite, one of the meteorology instrument, first need to capture satellite photo to be further analyzed and forecasted by the wheather scientist. They also captured wheather data with radar and drifting buoy in the sea, where each instrument provided radar screen and synoptic chart data respectively.
