The diagram illustrates the sequential stages involved in producing ceramic pots.
It is readily apparent that the process comprises eleven main steps. It starts when raw materials are collected, continues when it is treated through drying and coloring processes and culminates with the final pots for consumption.
At the first five stages, the process commences when raw materials is digged and accumulated by excavators. After that, the raw materials is delivered to factories for treatment phases. Subsequently, the mixture is underwent two stages of crushing. Next, the resulting mixture is mixed before going through a pipe to moulds for dyring treatment.
In the remaining steps, after the mixture is dried for 4 to 6 hours, it is put in assembled clay pots to form the shape. Consequently, the clay pots are fired in the ovens with 1000 degree celsius. Following that, the robust clay pots are colored in the buckets and then go through a color firing process. Afterwards, the finished coloring clay pots are formed and ready for usage.
