Overall, the region has undergone significant transformations, evolving into a predominantly residential environment. There has also been the establishment of a sports ground at the expense of agricultural land.
A farmland and a forest park, located on the east side of the village in 1995, were later replaced by golf and tennis fields. Nevertheless, the dimensions of these fields have slightly diminished. A sea on the southern side has also suffered, losing its fishing port over time. Moreover, shops and a fish market in the coastal area have been removed to make way for restaurants and apartments. Directly west of this, the number of houses substantially increased from 12 to 16.
In contrast, not only did a hotel remain the same throughout the years, but also a car park was constructed next to it. It is also noticeable that a café along the coast has not changed since 1995.
