The following diagram depicts the life journey of the frog.
Overall, the complete life cycle of the frog has 11 stages starting from being an egg to transforming into an adult frog.
The cycle starts when the adult frog lays eggs. These eggs turn into embryos which then become tadpoles. As seen these tadpoles are clinging to water plants. After a span of time, they develop external gills for breathing along with the tail which keeps in growing. In the next stage, the hindlegs start to appear and they live on the food stored in the tail.
Moving further, as the front legs start to appear, the tail start to shrink. This results in forming the young frog. As it grows, it becomes the adult frog and is ready to lay eggs. Thats how the complete life cycle of frog keeps on going.
