The diagram gives information about honey bees’ growth during their whole life.

Overall, it can be clearly seen that the life cycle consists of 6 repetitive stages which take 34-36 days starting with laying a few eggs by female bees and ending with the time frame maturity of honey bees.

To begin with, mother bees lay a few eggs with an interval of 3 days. Secondly, it takes 9-10 days for them to hatch and an additional 5 days for baby bees to adapt to the world. After that, as a week pass, they are becoming an immature form of an insect, labelled ‘nymph’.

In contrast, after losing their feathers, hair or skin during the period of expansion 3 times, tiny, immature honey bees turning into a young adult emerges. Finally, they are growing into female honey bees which have the opportunity to lay eggs after 4 days of maturity.
