The diagram below explains the process of making sugar from sugarcane. It can clearly be seen that there are total of seven stages in this process, each of which will be described below.
In the first step of the process , sugar canes are growed in 12 to 18 months. Afterthat, these sugar canes are harvesting either by argiculture vehicle or by farmer. Next stage, sugar canes are passed into a crusher machine where juice is extracted. Then, juice is passed through the limestone filler to get the pure juice without substances.
In the subsequent stage, the workers will use heat to boil the juice with high temperature in an evaporator to make sure that juice become syrup completely. Following this, the syrup is poured into a centrifuge to detach sugar crystals from it. At the final stage, the crystals are dried and cools in a large container to get the finished sugar.
