The depicted diagram illustrates how sugar cane is manufactured in the process for making sugar.
Overall, it can be observed that there are 7 stages for the production of sugar, which commences with growing of sugar canes and culminates with drying and cooling of sugar.
In the beginning, sugar canes growing at around 12-18 months are collected by farmers and harvested with tractors. In the next phase, sugar canes are crushed with the help of turning bobins and filled to a ground plate. Afterwards, juice is purified by a limestone filter.
In the fifth stage, in the evaporator tank, juice becomes syrup thanks to heating process. Subsequently, centrifuge process detaching sugar crystals from syrup begins. In the last phase, sugar is dried and cooled respectively to deliver through end user.
