Looking from an overall perspective, it is noticable that sugar manufacturing consists of 3 main stages beginning with harvesting sending with drying and cooling.
First of all, it is clear that sugar canes is grown for about 12-18 months. Also, harvesting the plant can be done manually or by special machine. Secondly, a tall sugar canes sent on to crushing process, in which that of put into special mechanism in order to get juice.
Looking at the diagram in more detail, we can also see that the next step would be purifying the juice in a limestone filter. Before syrup goes down to the separation, it is boiled in a huge pot. Lastly, ready sugar is dryed and cooled in particular barrels.
