The map illustrates the planned layout for a new town. Overall, the design includes residential, recreational, and industrial areas, all of which are connected by a well-managed road network.
At the center of the town, there will be a square featuring three parking lots and two bus stops, all accessible from four different directions. Surrounding this square, five housing zones will be established, along with three recreational areas located to the east, west, and south. Additionally, two leisure spaces will be incorporated into the road ring in the northwest and southwest sections of the town.
The outskirts of the town will primarily consist of residential zones, with the exception of the northwestern and southeastern areas, where two industrial zones are planned. Furthermore, three entertainment areas will be developed in the northern part of the town, with a smaller one situated in the south to connect with the centrally located recreational area. The town’s outer regions will be linked by roads that connect back to the central ring road, ensuring seamless accessibility throughout.
