Overall, the linear production pipeline consists of seven main stages, beginning with the extraction of raw clay from the ground and culminating in the delivery of the finished packaged bricks to suppliers. During the process, the raw material is shaped, dried, fired at two different temperatures, cooled, packaged, and finally transported to customers.
In the initial stage, clay is excavated using a heavy digger. This raw material is then placed onto a metal grid and processed through rollers to break it down into smaller, finer pieces. Following this, sand and water are mixed with the clay. The resulting mixture is subsequently shaped into bricks, either by using a mould or cutting with a wire cutter. Once shaped, the raw bricks are transferred to a specialized oven to dry for between 24 and 48 hours in order to remove excess moisture.
After the drying stage has been completed, the bricks are fired in a kiln twice. Initially, they are heated at a moderate temperature, ranging from 200-980C, before moving into a high temperature kiln set between 870-1300C. Next, the heat-treated bricks are placed into a cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. Finally, the completed bricks are packaged onto pallets and loaded onto trucks for transport and delivery.
