Overall, it is a linear process consisting of seven main stages,beginnig with digger colecting clay in main source and ending up with delivering finished product.
Initially, the digger rout out clay in special place, than before starting to make raw bricks the metal grid from clay were sifted through particular net on the roller. At the next stage, to this metal grid was added sand and water to form bricks, although there are two ways to make such unique shape of brick: first, by wire cutter and second by mould. After that bricks were put in drying oven for one-two days.
Following this, bricks needed to go through 3 crucial stages. At first, they were placed in kiln and was heated from 200 to 980 degrees celsius which is moderate temperature, next the heat rose to (870-1300 degrees celsius). Once they were warmed up, bricks were placed to cooling chamber. After they were cooling for 48-72 houres, they were packed and send by delivery to manufacture area.
