The following diagram illustrates the recycling process of plastic bottles.
Overall, the recycling process is a cyclic process. This process is consists of 9 different parts such as collecting plastic bottle, taking them to the recycle center, shorting, compressing, grinding up, washing, making plastic pellets, heating, producing raw material, converting into new products.
First of all, people throw plastic bottles in recycle bin. After that, those used bottle go to the recycle center where they are kept in two different box by manual process. between those two boxes, one will go for recycling and another will be discarded. After this process is finished, they compress those chosen bottles into blocks. Later, they grind up those blocks into small particles.
After washing them in a water-filled container, they go through a machine which turn them into plastic pellets. Then plastic pellets undergo through a heating process so that it can transform into raw material. At the end of the process, by using raw material, other materials are produced such as cloths, bottles, tiffin box, plastic bag and pen.
