The given diagram depicts the process of recycling plastic bottles. The process consists of almost 9 steps.
Overall, it is clearly seen that the process begins with collecting bottles and ends with producing products which includes various steps.
In the first step, the plastic bottles have been collected by workers from the garbage containers for recycling. Then these bottles are sent to the recycling center via trucks for sorting in which rejected ones are set aside. After sorting the right ones, the bottles are compressed into blocks for crushing with the help of blade rollers. Through this, the plastic is crushed finely.
In the subsequent step, crushed bottles has been washed with water, then transformed to machine for producing plastic pellets. Afterwards, pellets are placed for heating to make raw material. The entire process concludes with collecting raw material in container for sending to factories. These materials used to produce high-end products such as bottles, containers, recycled bags, pencils, and t-shirts as well.
