Band 7+: The diagram below shows the process of photosythesis. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features

Image for topic: The diagram below shows the process of photosythesis. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features
Our system will evaluate the answer based on this AI-generated description.
The image illustrates the photosynthesis process where chlorophyll absorbs green wavelengths making leaves green, light energy is used, carbon dioxide enters through stomata, and water, CO₂, and sunlight combine in leaves to form sugar, while oxygen and water vapor exit through stomata (transpiration), water is absorbed through roots, roots transport water through the plant, water loss in plants is regulated by stomata, and excess sugar is converted into starch and stored in roots.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The diagram illustrates the photosynthesis process in plants. The photosynthesis is the primary process that enables a plant to create its food in order to maintaine its life and functions.

Photosynthesis require certian conditions to occur, primarly the availablity of sun and water. The plant has to be in an open area that is exposed to the sun, with abundency of water. Plants absorb light energy from the sun, carbon dioxide from the air, and water from the soil in order to produce food and oxygen; that’s the basic function of photosynthesis.

According to the illustration, this process employes many parts of the plant. First, chlorophyll is what enables the plant to absorb sun light, interstingly, it is also the reason that plants are green. Consequantly, an openning in the leaf called the stomata allows CO2 to enter. Roots absorb water from the ground then carried by the stems and deliverd to the rest of the plant.

Subsequently, after the leaf aquires these necessary elements, it produces the palnt’s food; sugar. The plant uses sugar to fuel its functions and stores the excess in the roots as starch in order to use it again when needed. Moreover, the stomata takes part again in the process by enabling transpiration, which is the way vapor resulting from oxygen and water exits the plant.
