The process illustrates how fish is being prepared for distribution to the market.
Overall, the process consists of 13 steps in total, and three stages: collecting the raw product, proccessing, packaging and delivery. It is interesting to note that the whole proccess requires only fish as the main ingredient.
Initially, the fish is being cought using fishing net. After this it is being put on the boat. The boat then transports the good to the particular port. Upon arrival, cought fish is being stored in the freezer. It is then placed into fresh water. Before putting fish into salty water with yellow colouring, the good is being cut open by hand. After this, raw fish undergoes thermal proccessing with specialized machine.
Turning to the final steps, the prepared fish is then packaged into boxes. Before moving the good into cold store, it is situated in the freezer with the temperature at zero degrees celsius. In order to distribute fish, it is placed into delivery trucks. Finally, the vehicles transport fish to the fish markets where the product goes for selling.
