The illustration describes the typical steps of manufacturing that according to customers’ preferences, involving the process that helps to get consumer feedback earlier, and make changes in general plan.
Overall, on the one hand, the process has eight main stages of manufacturing, which demonstrates by flow of black lines. On the other hand, the several blocks are connected by blue lines, which display flow of information feedback.
Firstly, raw materials and manufacturing components are transported to the storage. The second step is production planning that previously made by product research and design creating. The next two steps are the most important: assembly, and inspection; only after them the product can be tested. If previous stages were successful, the product is packed and delivered to the shops for sales.
However, this system has additional mini-process, when feedback is got in different stages to enable adjustment. For instance, the data of sales is went to the market research, where the results of the research are sent to the other blocks of the process, such as packing, advertising, and design. Moreover, the information of numbers of sales also go to the production planning, after that the feedback goes to the storage sphere. And testing results also include in design creating.
